Introducing 3G in India : A Revolutionary Change in Telecom Sector

India, the World fastest growing Mobile Phone market, is on its way to revolutionising it's telecom sector by the induction of 3G Mobile services. In USA, 3G network was pioneered by Monet Mobile Networks with CDMA technology followed by Hutchinson Telecommunications of Austrilia in 2003 only. Till today 3G networks is operated in more than 50 countries and more than 200 million customers are connected through 3G networks.

• Frequency Band : 1.8 - 2.5 GHz
• Bandwidth : 5 - 20 MHz
• Switching : Circuit/Packet
• Minimum Data rates : 200 Kbps to meet IMT-2000 Specification
• Standard Data rates : 384 Kbps (Kilo bit per sec) or more
• Maximum Data rates : Upto 2 Mbps 

The 3G phone uses the method of 'Packet Switching' for data transmission. The data is split into packets each with unique address and can be sent on any path in a network. Again it is recombined and interconnected to retrieve the data at the destination, thus data will be received at a less time as compared to that of voice calls. As usual, voice calls are interpreted through Circuit Switching.


At present all the major 3G Networks are using FDD ( Frequency Division Duplex ) mode of operation. In the FDD mode of operation, the uplink and downlink use separate frequency bands. The lower frequency band is used for the Uplink transmission and he upper frequency band is used for the Downlink transmission.

बिहार शायनिंग : प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर बिहार

22 मार्च 1912, बिहार स्थापना दिवस. बिहारी होने की गौरवबोध  की प्रस्थान यात्रा. इसी दिन अँगरेज़ सरकार ने बिहार को बंगाल से अलग कर उड़ीसा  के साथ एक अलग राज्य के रूप में मान्यता देकर हमें 'बिहारी' होने का गौरव प्रदान किया.

हाल में ही बिहार सरकार ने २२ मार्च को 'बिहार दिवस' पुरे प्रदेश  सहित सम्पूर्ण विश्व में खूब धूम-धाम से मनाया. राज्य भर में आयजित समाराहो, झाकियों के अवाले पटना के ऐतिहासिक गाँधी मैदान में आयोजित विशाल प्रदर्शनी में बिहार के गौरवशाली अतीत एवं वर्तमान विकास को दिखाया गया. केंद्रीय सांख्यिकी संगठन (CSO) के अनुसार बिहार 11 .05 फीसदी विकास दर के साथ दूसरा  सबसे तेज़ विकसित होने वाला प्रदेश बन गया है. यह सचमुच में नीतीश कुमार के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार का अभूतपूर्ण कारनामा है.

इतिहास साक्षी  है की अतीत से ही बिहार चक्रवर्ती सम्राटो, शिक्षा एवं विकास का केंद्र रहा है. बिहार के विकास पर सूर्यग्रहण लगने की शुरुआत मुगलकालीन शासन द्रारा इन्हें कमज़ोर करने से हुई. फिर अंग्रेजो ने इन्हें मख्खी की तरह चूसा. 70 के दशक में जाति व वर्ग विशेष के बीजो ने लगभग इन्हें गृहयुद्ध  की स्थिति में धकेलकर रही सही कसर पूरी कर दी. सवर्ण भूस्वामियो की सेनाओ और दलितों के लिए संघर्ष करने वाले दलित सेनाओं के बीच खूनी संघर्ष शरु हो गया. जातिवाद की राजनीति के चलते लगातार अक्षम एवं भ्रष्ट सरकारे राज्य की सत्ता पर काबिज होती गयी फलतः नक्सलवाद  को शह मिलता रहा और आये दिन नरसंहार, डकैती, लुट-पाट,चोरी और अपहरण की घटनाए आम हो गयी. 90  के दशक में राज्यमार्गो पर होने वाले लुट-पाट ने लोगो का जीना दूभर करने लगा. लोगो ने रात में  यात्रा करना बंद कर दिया. व्यवसायी वर्ग अपना व्यवसाय के लिए दुसरे राज्यों में पलायन करने लगे. अपहरण सूबे का एकमात्र फलता-फूलता उद्योग बन गया. कानून - व्यवस्था का कोई नामोनिशान नहीं था. चारो तरफ अराजकता का माहौल था. इन्ही वजहों से बिहार की छवि बाहर के राज्यों में खराब  होने लगी. यहाँ तक की बिहार के लोग अपने आप को 'बिहारी' कहने और कहलाने में अपमानित महसूस करने लगे. लालू सरकार द्वारा किये गए अनेक घोटालो जैसे चारा घोटाला आदि  ने स्थिति को और बदतर कर दिया. और यह सिलसिला 2005  तक राबरी देवी सरकार के विघटन तक चलता रहा.

2005 में जब नीतीश कुमार ने राज्य की बागडोर संभाली तो राज्य में सब जगह अराजकता और अव्यवस्था का आलम था. उनके सत्ता में आने के बाद लोगो की उम्मीदे जगी. पिछले चार साल में मौजूदा सरकार ने 'जंगल राज्य' को खत्म कर 'कानून राज्य' स्थापित करने की भरसक कोशिश की है. जिन्हें मै विभिन्नं समाचार पत्रों में प्रकाशित अब तक के दिए गए तथ्यों के आधार पर नीचे  बता रहा हूँ.

अब जरा इन आंकड़ो  पर गौर करे. 2004  में जहाँ फिरौती और अपहरण के 400 से अधिक मामले दर्ज किये  गए थे, वही 2008  में यह संख्या घटकर 66 रह गयी तथा डकैती  की संख्या 1287  से घटकर 640  हो गयी. अब आर्म्स एक्ट को सख्ती से लागू किया गया है. स्पीडी ट्रायल  के जरिये 42 हज़ार अपराधियों को अब तक सजा मिल चुकी है. राज्य सरकार ने सीबीआई के रिटायर्ड अफसरों को रखकर "स्पेशल विजिलेंस यूनिट " बनायीं है जिनका काम राज्य में फैले भ्रस्टाचार तथा उनमें लिप्त रिश्वतखोरों को कानून के दायरे में लाना है. अब तक 300 से अधिक भ्रष्ट लोकसेवको के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की गयी है और इनमे डीजी, डीएम और सेक्रेट्री स्तर अधिकारी तक को नहीं बक्शा गया है. अब बिहार देश का पहला राज्य हो गया है, जहाँ भ्रष्ट तरीको से  अर्जित संपत्ति  की जब्ती होगी और इन संपत्ति का उपयोग सार्वजनिक कार्यो में होगा.

आप लोगो को यह सब बताकर मै भ्रस्टाचार ख़त्म और अपराध ख़त्म होने का ढिंढोरा नहीं पीट रहा हूँ बल्कि इतना बताना चाह रहा हूँ कि  स्थिति काफी सुधरी है. लेकिन अभी और सुधार की आवश्यकता है जिनपर मै नीचे प्रकाश डालूँगा.

अब जरा इन पर गौर करे. अभी तक राज्य में 6800  किलोमीटर नयी सड़के बनायी गयी है. 1600  नए पुलों का निर्माण किया गया है. जिससे यात्रा करना सुलभ हुआ है. इनके अलावे अन्य बुनियादी सुविधाओं जैसे शिक्षा, कृषी और अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओ  पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है. सयुंक्त रास्त्र संघ की संस्था ' यूनिसेफ ' ने भी माना है की पिछले चार वर्षो में प्राथमिक शिक्षा में बिहार ने काफी तरक्की की है. विशेषतः लडकियों को स्कूल जाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है तथा इनके लिए उन्हें काफी तरह की सुविधाए दी जा रही है. एयरटेल बिहार-झारखण्ड के सीइओ (CEO) के अनुसार बिहार के विकास ने दूरसंचार कंपनियों को खूब उत्साहित किया है. आज बिहार में 10 से ज्यादा मोबाइल कम्पनिया काम कर रही है और यह राज्य देश की दूरसंचार कंपनियों के लिए हॉट-स्पाट बन गया है. बिहार के बदलते कानून और विधि व्यवस्था की स्तिथि को देख कर बहुरास्ट्रीय कंपनिया भी निवेश का मन बना रही है. 

कई लोगो को यह पढ़ कर संदेह हो रहा होगा लेकिन ये हकीकत है. प्रसिद्ध अर्थशास्त्री स्वामीनाथन अस  अय्यर भी अपनी बिहार यात्रा के बाद यह मानने लगे है की बिहार में बदलाव चमत्कारिक है. साथ ही उन्होंने चेतावनी दी है की 11  प्रतिशत की विकास दर क्षणिक है और इनका बने रहना इस बात पर निर्भर करता है की आगामी विधान सभा चुनाव के बाद चयनित सरकार इसे कायम रख पाती है या नहीं.

अब मै कुछ विन्दुओ की और सबका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहूँगा. पहला ये की भरसक प्रयास के बाबजूद भ्रस्टाचार जारी है. पहले यह खुले आम  लिया जाता था. लेकिन अभी ये टेबल  के नीचे से चुरा- छुपा कर लिया जा रहा है. दूसरी बात यह की प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में पर्याप्त शिक्षक होने के बाबजूद पढाई नहीं हो  रही है. राज्य के अन्य सरकारी संस्थानों में भी कमोवेश यही हाल है. हालाँकि इसके लिए मै सरकार की नीतियों से ज्यादा लोगो की ढुलमुल रवेये और मनोदशा को जिम्मेदार मानता हूँ. लोगो को अभी तक जैसे-तैसे काम करने की आदत थी, लेकिन अब उन्हें काम करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है, जो उन्हे हज़म नहीं हो रहा है. इसके लिए हमें अपने समाज और राज्य के प्रति अपना सोच बदलना होगा. तभी हम अपनी क्षवी बेहतर बना पायंगे.

अतः जरुरत है दुनिया  को बिहार और बिहार के लोगो के प्रति अपना नजरिया बदलने का. जरुरत इस बात की भी है की हमलोग अपनी शक्ति को पहचाने  तथा एकजुट होकर बिहार को भ्रस्टाचारो, अशिक्षा, जातिवाद, रूढ़ीवाद को जड़ से मिटाकर और हीन भावना से मुक्त होकर एक " खुशहाल और विकसित बिहार " का सृजन करे. गर्व से कहे की " हम बिहारी  है. "  तथा ऐसा कहलाने पर गौरान्वित महसूस करे क्योकि हम उस मिटटी में पैदा हुए है जहाँ गौतम बुद्ध, राजेंद्र प्रसाद, राममनोहर लोहिया आदि जैसे महापुरुष पैदा हुए थे.

अंत में मै रविन्द्र राजहंस द्वारा रचित कुछ पंक्ति दुहराना चाहूँगा.

भविष्य के सुनहरे फ्रेम में

नए बिहार का मुस्कराता चेहरा मढना है.

दीवारों पर लिखे विकास के इबारत को

आँखे खोल पढना है

और बिहार को प्रगति के पथ पर आगे बढ़ाना है.

How to close several applications in one step in windows?? [For Windows XP, Vista & Windsows 7]

Today i am giving you a small tricks for closing more than one applications in one step in windows.

While working on PC/ Laptop, very often we open several applications/Programs and the icons of these application pile up at Task bar. Now at the end of the session, if you want to close the porgrams, it is quite annoying to close each program individually.

So, for closing several applications  just in One step, just proceed as below:-

1. Just keep the  [ctrl] key in pressed condition
2. Using mouse select the icon buttons of the programs/applications one by one in the task bar, which you want to close.
3. leave the [ctrl] key
4. Right-click the last selected icon button of the program in the task bar.
5. Select 'Close group' in the context menu.

That's it.....Now windows closes all the selected applications/programs at once automatically.
